2009 海外華裔青年台灣觀摩團第五梯次 報到須知

同學您好：

　　首先要恭喜您已獲錄取參加第五梯次海外華裔青年台灣觀摩團活動，並竭誠歡迎您，也預祝您在中華民國台灣有一個多采多姿及充實愉快的暑假生活。

以下事項請務必配合：

一、報到時間： 98 年 7 月 9 日 （星期四）上午 9 時至晚上 10 時

二、報到服務：

1. 高雄機場服務台：國際航廈入境大廳 服務時間自 7 月 9 日 （星期四） 09:00—22:00 （依學員班機時刻調整）

接機服務：團體或個人至機場報到者， 請提供已確認之抵（離）台班機時刻，經駐外館處或華僑文教服務中心發文僑務委員會確認， 由高苑科技大學派專人專車送。

2. 高鐵接送：搭乘台灣高鐵請搭至高鐵台南站下車，我們將在 7 月 9 日 上午 10 ： 00 及下午 1 4 ： 00 做接送服務，購票時請配合接送時間。

3. 高苑科技大學報到：

由親友自行送至高苑科技大學者， 請將必須之行李備齊，於上述報到時間內前往報到。報到時並請出示機票、護照等文件，報到後以團體活動為主，勿自行離團活動 。

四、交通：

1. 往高雄小港機場：

高雄市區可由高雄火車站搭乘高雄市公車，機場幹線 30 1 、 12 公車 ，約 15 分鐘一班，高雄每段票價 12 元，採車上投幣方式。屏東客運、中南客運、國光客運往墾丁在機場站下車即可 也可搭乘高雄捷運紅線至 R3 小港機場站下車 ，約每隔 5~10 分一班 。

2.  開車前往高苑科技大學：

◎ 自行開車者：

（ 1 ）由屏東、高雄市北上走高速公路 ( 國道 1 號 ) ，下岡山交流 道， 往岡山方向至台一線右轉 往台南方向 直行， 約 10-15 分鐘路程，或過岡山收費站約 342.28km 高雄科學園區交流道下，台一線右轉 往台南方向 直行， 約 3 分鐘路程，可 看見城堡式陸橋便到達高苑科技大學。

（ 2 ）由中、北部南下走高速公路，下路竹交流 道右轉， 至台一線 ( 摩斯漢堡 ) 左轉直行 往岡山方向，約 10-15 分鐘，或在 342.28km 高雄科學園區交流道下，台一線右轉 往台南方向 直行， 約 3 分鐘路程，可 看見城堡式陸橋便到達高苑科技大學。

◎ 搭乘飛機者：

（ 1 ）坐至台南航空 站， 改搭乘計程車至高苑 ( 約 400 元 )

（ 2 ）走省道台一線，由台南機場往岡山方向，約 20-25 分鐘

◎ 搭乘火車者：

（ 1 ）可搭乘通勤電聯車至路竹火車站，再搭乘計程車或本校區間車至高苑

（ 2 ）可搭乘通勤電聯車至岡山火車站，再搭乘計程車 ( 約 300 元 ) 或至舊省道轉搭高雄客運至高科技大學下車

◎ 搭乘客運者：可搭乘高雄客運 ( 高雄 ←→ 台南經省道路線 ) 於高苑科技大學下車  

四、攜帶物品

* 僑務委員會同意函

* 護照

* 註冊費（新台幣 7,000 元）

* 個人盥洗用具、雨具

± 個人換洗衣物

* 個人運動服裝（泳裝、 泳帽 ）及球鞋

* 個人才藝表演可攜帶之樂器物品

* 個人藥品

* 其他個人需用物品

1.注意事項 活動 期間必須遵守本活動各項規定，如有重大違規情事，僑務委員會得依規定予以退訓。

2.承辦單位已為團員加保旅行意外險（ 400 萬人身意外險， 40 萬意外醫療險），團員務必於居住地自行加保「旅行疾病醫療保險」，以防範未然。 活動 期間學員若宿疾復發或突發病症，送醫所需醫療及返回僑居地等相關費用，應自行負擔，團員及家長不得向本會或承辦單位提出任何要求。

3.學員抵台時，若因故在機場無法入境，請即聯絡高苑科技大學，聯絡人： 黃耀惠秘書，行動電話： 0916-857716 。

4.學員於活動報到前，提前抵達台灣或於活動結束後需延後離開台灣，相關費用須自行負責。

5.幣制：使用新台幣，約 35 元新台幣兌換 1 元美金 ( 需視匯率波動 ) ，建議攜帶旅行支票較安全。

6.電話：可使用原國家行動電話之原號碼漫遊服務 ( 視系統而定，台灣使用 GSM900/1800 ， CDMA 系統 ) ，但電話費較貴。可購買全球卡等使用公用電話由台灣撥打至 --009+**( 當地國國碼 )+ 區域碼或手機碼 ( 不要加 0)+ 電話號碼。

7.電力系統：台灣使用電壓為 110V. 頻率 60Hz ，非通用可自動調整電壓之電子用品勿攜帶，或使用轉接器、變壓器。

•  天氣：台灣屬亞熱帶氣候，四季分明，夏天炎熱 （ 溫度約 26 度 -35 度 ） 偶有陣雨，宜攜帶雨具，春秋季請攜帶薄外套，冬季請攜帶厚外套。

8.  膳食以中式桌餐為主，以便體驗台灣膳食特色。團員有素食者或特殊狀況需注意者，請一併告知，以便協調處理。

9.  住宿以團體房為原則，飯店皆備有個人盥洗用品，但請自備特殊個人清潔用品、大小毛巾、輕便外出服、運動服、泳裝、游泳帽、運動鞋來台。

10.所乘坐遊覽車空間有限，行李以簡單輕便為原則。因行程緊湊需到各地參訪，行程中會為團員安排約 2-3 次送洗衣物的時間。

11.零用金準備 - 以新台幣（需注意新舊鈔，台灣已停用部分舊鈔）為主，如持美金，我們會提供協助統一兌換的服務（美金假鈔橫行 CB 版美金台灣不收，銀行已不兌換小額及舊鈔 ) 。

12.團員之機票、護照、個人貴重物品請自行妥善保管，遺失恕不負責。再一次歡迎您參加本研習活動，如有任何疑問，我們會盡力協助您。

Greeting from Taiwan !

Welcome on board of the 2009 Overseas Compatriot Youth Taiwan 5th Study Tour

. Before your departure, please note the following reminders from tour organizers.

Check-in Time: 9AM ~ 10PM, 9 July 2009

Check-in Services:

2. Pick-up service: Group or individual that wish to be pickup at the airport, please inform Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission, R.O.C.( Taiwan ) about your confirmed flight schedule.

3. Kao Yuan University : Members who wish to check-in directly at Kao Yuan University , please be there during the check-in time. Please have your luggage, passport, flight ticket, and documents ready for check-in. Once you checked-in, you will be divided into groups, and please stay with your group members at all time. Thank you!

Transportation:

To Kaohsiung International Airport :

From downtown Kaohsiung to Kaohsiung International Airport, you can take Red 301, Airport Bound, No.12,and No. 201 city bus For more information, please visit: http://www.kia.gov.tw/english/e_content/e_customer/e_traffic-6_1.asp

To Kao Yuan University :

By car:

From Pingdong or Kaohsiung to Kao Yuan University . Please take Chung-Shan National Expressway and drive north, get off at Gangshan Interchange, drive toward Gangshan Town to Provincial Highway No. 1 and turn right then drive toward to Tainan City, keep driving for about 10 to 15 minutes you will see a castle style overpass, then you've reach Kao Yuan.

From Northern part of Taiwan to Kao Yuan University . Please take Chung-Shan National Expressway and drive south, get off at Lujhu Interchange and turn right, drive till you see Provincial Highway No. 1(Mos Burger) then turn left drive toward Gangshan Town, keep driving for about 25 to 30 minutes you will see a castle style overpass, then you've reach Kao Yuan.

By plane:

Get off at Tainan airport, take a taxi to Kao Yuan, it will take you about 400NT.

By train:

Get off at Lujhu station, take a taxi to Kao Yuan, it will takes you about 100NT.. OR Get off at Gangshan station, take a taxi to Kao Yuan, it will takes you about 400NT.bout 300NT. it will takes you about 400NT.

By bus:

Take Kaohsiung Bus and get off at Kao Yuan University . For more information please visit: http://www.ksbus.com.tw/schedule/part2.htm

Things to carry:

The letter, passport, register fee 7000NT, personal wash up stuff, rain gear, clothes including swimming wear, sneakers, musical instruments for your performance, medicine, and things you need for the trip!!

Traveling Tips:

1. Currency: Use only New Taiwan Dollars (NT$). Currently it's about NT$35 for every US dollar. Exchange rates change without prior notice.

2. Electricity: Power supply in Taiwan is 110V @ 60Hz. Please do not bring any electronic devices without automatic voltage adjusting.

3. Accommodation is based on group rate. Personal vanity sets are provided in hotels. However, depending on personal preferences, participants can bring towels, sportswear or swimwear.

4. Due to space limitation on the tour bus, there will be 2 to 3 laundry times during the entire trip

Because of the tight schedule.

5. Please bring pocket money in NT$ (be sure to bring the most recent print as some older prints are no longer in use). If preferred, participants can bring US dollars, the organization will provide centralized exchange service (Note: the CB print of the US $ is not valid in Taiwan any more).

6. All participants have been insured of accidents on tour. Participants are advised to obtain extra “Medical Insurance while Abroad” before departure (doctoral fee for general cold is about NT$ 300-450). Please refer to application form for further tour rules.

7. Food provided will be mainly Chinese. This will give the participants an opportunity to experience Taiwanese foods. Any special requirements, please let us know beforehand.

8.The air ticket , passport , valuables should be kept properly ， We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost.

9. If you have any trouble at the immigration gate, please call Mr. Huang at 0916-857716.

10. No alcohol allowed.
