I am the teacher of CSL 3 this year. I am really excited to be teaching in NCS. I was born and raised in Taiwan, therefore speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Chinese is part of my everyday life. To make learning Chinese more interesting, I bring in different activities, games, and music to help kids learn.

Summer Project:
I would like all of you to make a poster about the things that we have learned this school year. The poster must include the following:
1. Your name
2. The title of your project
3. Things you have learned this year
4. Pictures (you can either draw the pictures or cut them out from other resources)
There will be no English or Pinyin allowed on the poster, only Chinese characters. Show me what you have learned. Make me proud! I will pick the 3 best posters and reward their creators with amazing prizes! The more Chinese characters there are, the better your chance are of winning prizes. The poster will need to be turned in on the first day of the class in the fall.
Thank you all for working so hard this semester. I am really proud of each and every one of you. Enjoy your summer and I will see you back in the fall.
